About Mali Estate

Mali Estate is a small, boutique family owned olive grove, located in the Southern Tablelands of NSW. They are dedicated to producing the freshest and healthiest Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO).

The olives are pressed as quickly as possible to harvesting with the criteria being within 24hours. This ensures the finest and freshest EVOO is achieved that is also full of flavour and has the highest health benefits.

Mali Estate grows three different European olive varieties, each chosen for particular attributes – suitability to the climate, oil yield, quality and consistency.
